Suggestion& acquisition of Annotation Platforms, setting up of Machine Learning Labs for Universities & companies. **3. Qualitas Global Sports -** Sports Annotation / Analytics Services **4. Jumping Goldfish InfoTech -**Staffing Services, BOT Services 3 months internship. Could be absorbed for a full-time role after that depending on performance. This position would be the right fit for a budding entrepreneur who would have a great chance of learning on the job. **Role Description**: This is a full-time on-site role for an Internship - Executive Assistant to the CEO at Qualitas Global located in Pune. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, and executive Administrative assistance, note taking in meetings etc. Work From Office - Kalyani Nagar, Pune. **Non-negotiable Skills**: - Smart, intelligent with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Could be from any stream but MBAs preferred. (Not a compulsion). - Trainable & eager to learn. - Does not repeat the same mistake twice. - Excellent research skills on Google, LinkedIn & other similar channels. Should be able to organize a data base of contacts with their updated profile for effective communication. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent suggestion skills, judgment & work ethics. - Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks simultaneously, react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations & events that require quick response or turnaround. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, most importantly advanced Excel skills. - Ability to travel, work multiple time zones. - Understands the importance of confidentiality & safeguarding of information. - This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, & offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism & confidentiality. - You will work closely with the CEO & help achieve the company’s business goals. - You will work in one of the fastest growing Data Annotation Services companies in India, which is now diversifying their business into new verticals & services, & gain an in-depth understanding of how to build trusted relationship with peers, managers & customers along with learning Business Development, Pre-Sales & inside Sales. - You will help grow Qualitas Global’s capabilities in online & offline marketing, chalk out our approach to customer-based communications including content & blogs for website, execute research independently from LinkedIn Sales Navigator & support the crafting of strategic deliverables, both creative & analytical. - We expect you to research current marketing trends, new technology solutions, competitive strategies & latest marketing ideas. - You are also expected to identifying potential organizational weaknesses & offer improvement suggestions. - Attend, participate & host online & offline meetings, workshops, events, parties & global exhibitions. - Ability to actively involve themselves in brain-storming sessions & offer out of the box suggestions. - Flexible in handling professional as well as personal tasks to support the CEO. LinkedIn, answers & respond to calls / mails, serving as all-around gatekeeper to the CEO s office. - Prioritize inquiries & meeting requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements & recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. - Act as a liaison & provide support to a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects, designing & producing complex documents, reports & presentations; collecting & preparing information for meetings with staff & customers; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements & completing expense reports. - Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments & responsibilities, following up appropriately while anticipating the CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc. - Act as a "barometer", having a sense
