Job Description: Business Development Executive
**Location**: Noida, Sector 63
**Experience Required**: 2-4 years in an IT company
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- **Sales & Business Growth**:
- Present, promote, and sell IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeline.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure high client satisfaction.
- **Proposal Development**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to define and present solutions.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market insights and business strategies.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and project teams, to ensure alignment in delivering client expectations.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
- **Skills Required**:
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions (e.g., web development, software development, IT consulting).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
