**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Sales Specialist** to drive growth in the **Kolkata and Eastern India region**. This is a **field-based, B2B sales role** focused on developing strong customer relationships, closing high-value deals, and representing Pipext at trade events. Regular travel across **West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam**, and surrounding areas is required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, engage, and convert new customers across the Eastern region
- Manage relationships with pipe manufacturers, distributors, and contractors
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Coordinate with Ahmedabad HQ for pricing, specs, and order processing
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and local events
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights
- Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-5 years of field sales experience in **industrial machinery, extrusion systems**, or B2B equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the Eastern Indian market preferred
- Fluency in **Bengali, Hindi, and English**:

- Ability and willingness to travel 70%+ of the time
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
