**About the Company**

We are a multi-specialty polyclinic offering expert consultations in **orthopedics, cardiology, gynecology**, and various other specialties. Our center combines experienced medical professionals with state-of-the-art diagnostic support to deliver high-quality healthcare under one roof. We are also launching a **25-bedded nursing home**, which will expand our capabilities to provide round-the-clock inpatient care.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive **Medical Sales Representative** who will:

- Promote the services of the **polyclinic** to nearby **residential complexes, patients, local businesses, and communities**.
- Act as a **bridge between the clinic and patients**, educating them about the available specialties, consultation hours, and diagnostic facilities.
- Market the upcoming **25-bedded nursing home**, creating awareness about its services among local residents and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **local doctors, clinics, chemists**, and other healthcare professionals for referrals.
- Assist in **coordination with in-house doctors**, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication between patients and medical professionals.
- Distribute promotional materials and conduct **health awareness programs, camps, and community outreach activities**.
- Track and report feedback, inquiries, and leads to the management regularly.
- Meet marketing targets and KPIs set by the clinic management.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in medical sales, healthcare marketing, or field sales. Fresher with a strong passion for healthcare marketing may also apply.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Marketing).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong local network and familiarity with the **Chinar Park / Kolkata area**.
- Ability to work independently and meet field marketing targets.
- Basic understanding of medical services and patient needs.

**Salary**: 30-40k pm

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
