Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, labor, and machinery for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor and control production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Supervise production processes and ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Identify and troubleshoot process deviations and machine breakdowns.
- Optimize workflow to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) to ensure product quality meets standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality reports and process inspections.
- Implement corrective actions in case of quality deviations.
- Supervise and guide production operators, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to factory discipline.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods.
- Coordinate with the head office team for timely availability of materials.
- Minimize resource wastage and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce the use of PPE and safety protocols.
- Maintain records for statutory audits and inspections.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, downtime analysis, and efficiency metrics.
- Maintain daily shift logs and handover notes.
- Assist in preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
