Execution of the production process during the shift
- Supervise technicians and workers to ensure products are produced in compliance with internal operating plans and production strategy.
- Checks and follows production schedules to ensure adequate staffing, resources and raw materials.
- Ensure that proper materials are used during the production process. Quality and Safety process adherence
- Follows Safety, Quality and Maintenance SOP at the production line level by supervising the workers continuously.
- Supervises technicians and workers to ensure plant safety practices (as per SOP) are followed. Support the maintenance plan execution
- Coordinate Breakdown / Preventive / Scheduled maintenance of equipment Support process improvement initiatives and compliance
- Execute operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and to improve product quality.
- Support TPM, 5S to enhance process efficiencies. Manpower planning to support the production
- Manpower allocation to respective tasks during the shift
- Provide direction and guidance to workers and technicians to ensure production efficiency

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production planning: 1 year (preferred)
- DCS: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
