**BOTHRA CREATION **seeking a skilled and experienced **Production Supervisor** to join our team. The **Production Supervisor** will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production in our baby girl readymade garments factory, including material planning, cutting, attaching, inventory management, forecasting, and outsource vendor management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Active participation in production planning process & supervising successful implementation of the same.
- Coordinate with cutting master & stitcher for cutting and stitching.
- Responsible for managing raw material and stock management.
- Lot allotment to stitcher & outsource job workers, maintain record for the same & follow-up for pending lot to deliver on time.
- Stock Reconciliation
- Entry of goods send to finishing /received from finishing dept. for error correction.
- Process Improvement - Coordinate with sales & purchase department for planning & forecasting.
- Reporting and Analysis - Daily work reporting to Director & Production head and report any discrepancy found

**Experience**:
Minimum 2years experience in production department (Readymade Garments**)**

**Skills**:

- Stock Management
- MIS
- Excel, Tally, SAP

**Pay **:Rs.12000-Rs.18000 per month
