**Overview**:
This role also involves partial ownership of sales and counselling functions, making it ideal forsomeone with a versatile background in ed-tech growth and student engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate directly with the Product Head to design and execute growth strategies.
- Lead and support initiatives in marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns to
increase reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, sales, and academic) to ensure smooth
implementation of growth objectives.
- Participate in student counselling and sales conversations to support conversions and
improve experience.
- Track and report KPIs regularly, leveraging data for decision-making and campaign
optimization.
- Analyze market trends, student feedback, and competition to identify and act on new
opportunities.
- Maintain consistent product messaging across all communication channels.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in **team lead**:
- growth, marketing, branding, or product roles.
- Mandatory experience in the education or ed-tech industry.
- Prior involvement in sales or student counselling is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across departments.
- A passion for student success and creative education.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
