**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Create and manage production schedules using SAP.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, logistics).

**2. Production Execution**:

- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and optimize efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with standards.

**3. SAP Management**:

- Maintain accurate SAP data (BOMs, routing, production orders).
- Analyze SAP reports for production planning and optimization.

**4. Inventory Management**:

- Manage raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
- Implement inventory reduction strategies.

**5. Cost Control and Optimization**:

- Monitor production costs, identify areas for reduction.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives.

**6. Team Management**:

- Supervise production team members.
- Provide training and development opportunities.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

2. Experience: 3-5 years in production planning, scheduling, and execution.

3. SAP expertise: 2+ years of experience with SAP ERP (PP, MM, QM modules).

4. Manufacturing knowledge: Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and inventory management.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
