Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Work daily on multiple LegalEdge data sheets to update, organise, and maintain records accurately.
  • Conduct weekly lead analysis using CRM tools to identify performance trends and areas of improvement.
  • Content & Page Management
  • Create content for batch pages, including course details, descriptions, and offers.
  • Perform regular corrections and updates on batch pages (1-to-1 verification and fixes).
  • Centre & Event Coordination
  • Coordinate with 42 centres PAN India for smooth execution of 15–20 annual events.
  • Transfer and manage event-specific leads centre-wise through CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Student Interaction & Feedback
  • Make 5–10 feedback calls daily to students enrolled in the batches.
  • Record and share insights from student experiences with relevant teams for improvements.
  • Creative & Presentation Support
  • Prepare scripts and PPTs for video shoots, events, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in slide creation and content addition for video projects.
  • Legal Support
  • Assist the company's legal department by creating and maintaining supporting documents for ongoing legal cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate (Preferably in Law / Management / Mass Communication / English).
  • 0–2 years of experience in product management, operations, or content handling.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of content creation and proofreading.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with education or edtech operations.
  • Experience in event coordination or data reporting.
  • Creative mindset for PPT and script writing.
