About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production activities, maintaining process efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily production planning, scheduling, and execution to achieve output targets.
  • Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and coordinate timely maintenance.
  • Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with the design and quality teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Support process optimization to reduce waste, downtime, and cost.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Ensure smooth material flow and coordination with stores and dispatch departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant internships or project experience may apply).
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, machines, and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work in a shop-floor environment and in shifts (if required).
