About the Role:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about design, production, and maintenance of mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting product quality. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in industrial engineering and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, analyzing, and developing mechanical components and systems.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility and product quality.
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance of machines and equipment.
  • Participate in process optimization, layout design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation as required.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective actions for process deviations.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery or tooling.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for technical support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant internship or project experience can apply).
  • Sound understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and machine components.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with fabrication, machining, or assembly operations preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and report preparation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and in a production environment.
