This role is at the heart of that journey building the country's first truly intelligent, end-to-end Ad-Sales Platform (B2B + B2C), integrating AI, analytics, and consulting capabilities to empower a 1000+ member sales force and thousands of clients and agencies across India.
Role Overview
As Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing business processes across Sales, Distribution, and Finance, influencing key decision-makers and shaping the company's digital roadmap.
You will conceptualize, integrate, and scale a single unified platform that brings together everything our sales organization, clients, and ad agencies need — from campaign planning to booking, billing, and analytics.
You'll work with cross-functional tech teams of 12+ members that bridges business, sales, and engineering to deliver one seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision & Strategy
- Translate Dainik Bhaskar's vision into a product roadmap for a data-first, AI-enabled sales and commerce ecosystem.
- Integrate existing systems (CRM, Order Management, billing, analytics) into a unified platform with smooth cross-functional workflows.
- Define product goals and KPIs around sales efficiency, client engagement, and revenue impact.
2. Unified Platform Development
- Lead the integration of modules that allow:
- Clients and agencies to book ads, track campaigns, generate invoices, and make digital payments.
- Sales teams to manage leads, plan proposals, and monitor campaign performance.
- Build centralized dashboards for sales executives, leadership, clients, and agencies with tier-based access.
- Ensure robust backend integration with ERP, billing, and creative systems for real-time updates.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely development, deployment, and alignment with business needs.
3. AI & Data-Driven Intelligence
- Build tools for sales forecasting, pricing recommendations, and personalized creative strategy.
- Enable campaign-level insights, performance tracking, and ROI visualization for clients.
- Partner with data teams to deploy predictive models and AI copilots for internal sales use.
4. Client-Centric Consulting & Growth Tools
- Design consulting dashboards that help clients visualize campaign impact, identify new markets, and optimize ad spends.
- Enable data-backed "growth strategy" recommendations for high-value advertisers.
- Position the product as a consulting and transaction partner, not just an ad-booking tool.
5. Sales Workflow Simplification
- Identify daily inefficiencies in the 1000+ member sales network and design automation-driven fixes.
- Build mobile-first tools for field usage with offline sync, notifications, and approval workflows.
- Create a single platform view for leadership to monitor performance, revenue pipelines, and client health.
6. Leadership & Team Management
- Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and drive technology-led transformations for the sales domain.
- Collaborate and Lead member Cross-functional Product and Tech Team, ensuring alignment between business objectives and tech delivery.
- Collaborate closely with tech, data, and finance teams for execution and integration.
- Present product roadmap and updates to top management at regular intervals.
Desired Profile
- 7–12 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, ad-tech, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales workflows, client–agency dynamics, and media advertising ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools, payment gateways, or ERP/CRM systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-system integrations and large user bases.
- Hands-on experience working with data analytics, workflow automation, and user experience design.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal.
