**Position: Production Team Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Multitask Across Production Functions**: Coordinate logistics, documentation, and team requirements simultaneously.
- **Team Assignment & Booking**:Confirm crew members and lock the schedule within 24 hours of a client’s final booking.
- **Travel Logistics**: Arrange end-to-end travel—train, bus, car service, or flight—and share itineraries with the team.
- **Expense & Accounts Management**:

- Maintain detailed travel-expense sheets in Excel.
- **On-Ground / Off-Ground Coordination**: Provide real-time follow-ups with crew during shoots; resolve issues and ensure timelines are met.
- **Memory**-Card Handling: Implement a clear hand-over / hand-back process for memory cards

**Excel Proficiency**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Clear, professional communication with on-site crews and back-office teams.

**Required Experience** - 1 Year

**Compensation**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

**Location**:

- Indore

Pay: From ₹15,278.86 per month
