**Project Scope**:
Offering support to Pan India citizens/patients through virtual platform Working end to end with stakeholder
- corporates, community workers, NGOs and diverse team of renowned doctors and senior nurses. The work will impact care to patients, providing easy access to prevention programmes, early detection, diagnosis and treatments which will digitally enable distributed cancer networks and provide clinical decision support and resulting in affordable cancer care to the community.

**Job Description: KareMitra**
- Quality and timely deliverables for individual project etc. Implement and execute end to end process
- Inbound and Outbound calls, RAQ taken/Report sharing, Tele Consultations etc..
- Answer queries of citizens on various topics. Document the FAQ, maintain and update the knowledge base of patient interaction.
- Reach out to the prospective patients (who have been signed up as part of the project) and provide information about Client services and encourage them to avail the services.
- Deep understanding of Client platform (third party platforms such as google or company specific platform such as KOPS or WebApp, etc.
- Sharing and uploading the RA reports with the patients through Client platfoms.
- Reporting discrepancy of data in software. Report the defects / bugs / limitations observed in various platforms that are being used.
- Interpersonal skills + Empathetic Attitude + Clear and effective communication with Citizens, Patients, Doctors or other cross-functional departments as well as reporting manager review.
- Must be able to connect with the patient and give them confidence that they are in good hands.
- Ability to take and share constructive feedback.

**Qualification**:
Open for Bachelor graduates and Master graduates

**Desired Skillset**:
Computer basic knowledge, should have worked on It software, apps, Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with G-suite.

Pay: ₹10,225.53 - ₹31,413.61 per month
