Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Act as the **driving force** behind smooth daily operations across departments.
- **Identify and address loopholes** or inefficiencies within operational workflows, ensuring timely resolution and process optimization.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth functioning.
- Maintain and enhance **customer satisfaction** through quality service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
- Support the **content creation team** to improve quality and effectiveness, ensuring it positively impacts business outcomes.
- Plan, organize, and **manage events** end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead by example as a **team player**, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Oversee **end-to-end management** of key functions and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
