Polygnan Foundation is a Section 8 nonprofit working to empower young people through purpose-driven programs that combine creativity, confidence, and compassion with real-world experience. Our flagship program, YouStart Fellowship, helps early-stage student founders and innovators across India build meaningful projects and learn by doing.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and curious Operations Intern to join the Founder's Office.

This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience in managing and supporting programs that create real impact for young builders across the country.

You'll work closely with the founders, helping coordinate ongoing operations, support fellows, streamline workflows, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of the YouStart Fellowship and other programs
  • Coordinate communication between fellows, mentors, and team members
  • Track progress and maintain documentation for ongoing initiatives
  • Assist in planning sessions, events, and other engagements
  • Take ownership of small projects and ensure timely execution

What We're Looking For

  • Strong sense of initiative and ownership
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Comfort with remote collaboration and task management tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.)
  • Interest in education, social impact, or entrepreneurship
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment

Work Details

  • Duration: 1 month (extendable based on performance)
  • Commitment: ~4 hours per day (flexible schedule)
  • Mode: Remote
  • Stipend: Yes (with Certificate/LOR based on performance)
