About the Role:

Rebert Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a technically sound and proactive Operations Intern to support daily coordination, calling activities, backend operations, and research tasks. You will work closely with HR and management to ensure smooth workflows and efficient task execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operations across departments and track daily tasks
  • Conduct calling for follow-ups, confirmations, onboarding, and updates
  • Perform research related to projects, competitors, and internal requirements
  • Manage data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication
  • Monitor pending work and ensure timely completion
  • Use digital tools to improve workflow and operational efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Technically sound (Google Workspace, MS Office, ClickUp/CRM tools)
  • Strong communication skills, including phone communication
  • Ability to conduct structured research and present findings
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and good at multitasking
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in operations, HR, admin, or customer support
  • Familiarity with workflow/operations tools
  • Interest in EdTech operations and process management
