Role Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals with international KPO/BPO exposure and

excellent English communication skills to join our team as an Online Business Manager. The

role involves supporting international clients through research, data management, lead

generation, coordination, and executive support in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct online research and prepare reports and documentation to support business

decision-making.

 Manage databases including data collection, cleansing, validation, formatting, and

presentation.

 Generate and manage leads through online platforms, web research, and web scraping

activities.

 Maintain and update leads and data on CRM systems.

 Coordinate with executives, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure

timely execution of projects and events.

 Provide administrative and operational support to senior executives as required.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

 Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience for graduates OR 5 years for

undergraduates.

 Experience working in International US, UK, Australia, or other global KPO/BPO

environments.

 Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

 Consistent and stable career track record.

 Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical reasoning abilities.

 Willingness to sign a 12-month employment bond.

Technical & Work-from-Home Requirements

 High-speed internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps Wi-Fi.

 Laptop with at least 8 GB RAM and Intel Core i3/i5 processor (9th Generation or above).

 Good quality webcam and headset for video conferencing.

 Power backup to support uninterrupted work.

 Quiet and well-lit workspace suitable for professional remote work.

Work Schedule & Training

 Remote position aligned to US time zones (EST/PST).

 Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week).

 Initial training duration of 4–6 weeks followed by a 2-month probation period.

 Training and work hours will be during night shifts as per US business hours.

Leave & Holiday Policy

Employees are entitled to paid leaves, Indian public holidays, and region-specific holidays

as per company policy.

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
