**Job Title**:Customer Support Representative**

**Location**: Bengaluru, India

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree Holder/Any other equivalent degree

**Timing**: Rotational shift (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) IST / (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) IST

**Week offs** : Rotational

**Target Audience**:Middle East

**CTC : Upto INR 3 LPA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Stay updated on company products and services.
- Share customer feedback and issues with the team.
- Inform customers about new features and updates.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on various channels.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow company rules and regulations.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th-grade graduation.
- Proficient in reading and writing English is a must
- 1-2 years of customer support experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Patience when handling challenging cases.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
