**Job Title: International Client Relations Executive**

**Job Location**:Ahmedabad
**Reports to**: Director
- Sales

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the main point of contact for international clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key international clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Client Onboarding & Support**:

- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are properly introduced to the company's services and products.
- Provide ongoing support and proactive communication to international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with various departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure the timely delivery of services and products.
- Monitor client feedback and relay relevant information to the team to improve service quality and address concerns.
- **Contract Management & Reporting**:

- Assist in managing international client contracts, ensuring all terms are met and renewals are processed.
- Prepare reports on client satisfaction, product usage, and market trends for senior management.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by international clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for client-related challenges.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay informed about international market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to help improve client service strategies.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities with international clients.
- Help identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business growth.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in client relations, customer service, or account management, preferably in an international context.
- Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and an understanding of international business practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
