_A Client Relationship Executive is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product which the company sells. They provide support to customer against the queries raised against purchases. _
- Job Responsibilities: _
- _Manage Large amount of queries from the buyers online (Website & other E Commerce platforms)_
- _Manage incoming phone calls from the buyers in reference to any query from the customer_
- _Making Feedback calls to the customers to develop the data in order to generate relevant data to be used at different levels._
- I_dentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction_
- _Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication_
- _Provide accurate, valid and complete information keeping the company policies into account._
- _Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution_
- _Accelerate critical complaints / queries to Seniors. _
- _Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Share reports with the Manager._
- _Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies_
- _Upsell other products wherever possible._
- _Also, be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers._
- _Write and submit timely reports on performance, customer communication and queries_
- Requirements: _
- Good Communications Skills_
- Technically Strong_
- Good analytical Skills & problem solving skills_
- 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)_

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
