Job title Customer Relationship Executive
Reports to Customer Relationship Manager
Department Vanila
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads & develop a relationship with new BDE of brands using social media websites ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and website
- Stay in touch with existing customers and generate new leads
- Understanding and addressing the individual needs of key customers.
- Coordinate with FE to find the best property for a client
- Prepare documents with required details about the property and share them with the client
- Maintaining regular contact with customers, managing leads, and converting leads into LOI.
- Follow SOP and ensure smooth process while dealing with the customer.
Make sure to resolve their complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest profitable properties to increase sales.
- Responsible to prepare DAR report and share it with EA

- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience.
Preferred industry - Real estate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
