**Job title Customer Relationship Executive**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Generating new leads & develop a relationship with new BDE of brands using social media websites ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and website.
- Stay in touch with existing customers and generate new leads
- Understanding and addressing the individual needs of key customers.
- Coordinate with FE to find the best property for a client
- Prepare documents with required details about the property and share them with the client
- Maintaining regular contact with customers, managing leads, and converting leads into LOI.
- Follow SOP and ensure smoot process while dealing with the customer. Make sure to resolve their complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest profitable properties to increase sales.Responsible to prepare DAR report and share it with EA

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
