- Following up and coordinating with third party vendors.
- Ensuring third party vendor's is completing his assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintaining updated list of active users in the Domain and deleting inactive users after taking backups.
- Assisting HR in employees final clearance (erasing company data from their personal devices/handsets).
- Confirm backups taken and restore the backups at regular intervals to ensure we have valid backup.
- Ensure all systems: Desktops, printers, etc. are working to their optimum.
- Daily Checklist need to be verified.
- Ensure SLA's and TAT's are compiled by, by the respective vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation for IT related services (AMCs, Licensing, etc.)
- Provide solutions and alternatives to users having technical challenges.
- Maintain entire lifecycle of IT inventory (from initial setup to fixing breakdowns to managing replacements).
- Prepare IT related reports (breakdown, maintenance reports).
- Ensuring there is zero system failure at Sterling and at Adhyaru.
- Maintaining backup of hardware and printer cartridges at all times.
- Periodic server and desktop health checkup.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,707.37 - ₹37,057.50 per month
