Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Manage Brand Partnerships:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new strategic alliances to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships to maximize value and ensure long-term success.
2. Brand Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with senior management to define the strategic direction for alliances.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
3. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
4. Negotiation and Agreement Management:
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of brand alliances, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth within existing partnerships.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
7. Market Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
