**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive based in Kochi. The Junior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for the company's long-term goals. Daily tasks include managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Skills in Hiring and Recruiting
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Employer Branding
- Recruitment knowledge in manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
