Oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Liaise with external government bodies
Organize and maintain electronic files. AMC, Asset etc files.
Maintain accurate records of office activities, expenses, and other relevant information.
Provide administrative support to staff as and when required by team members.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Keep track of office expenses and ensure they stay within budget.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities.
Ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
Address and resolve administrative issues or conflicts as they arise.
Collaborate with other team members and departments.
Should be punctual on duty.
Sometimes have to do outdoor jobs.
3-4 years of work experience in administrative roles. Previous experience in a similar position or industry will be a plus point.
Should have a good written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, superiors, clients.
The ability to organize and prioritize tasks is crucial for managing the various responsibilities of an admin executive, including scheduling, document management, and event coordination.
Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Should able to maintain accurate records, preparing documents, and ensuring precision in various administrative tasks.
The ability to identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise in daily administrative operations.
Admin executives often deal with sensitive information. The ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism is crucial.
