**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Oversee and manage daily garment production processes.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust plans based on factory capacity.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Address defects or issues during production and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and guide the factory workforce, including workers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Manage performance reviews and address employee concerns or conflicts.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:

- Oversee raw materials inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage wastage control to optimize production costs and minimize losses.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure the factory operates in compliance with local labor laws and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
- Prepare for and facilitate factory audits and inspections.
- **Cost Control and Budgeting**:

- Monitor production costs and work to optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare and manage the factory's production budget, minimizing expenses while maintaining quality.
- Analyze and report on production data to ensure cost-effective operations.
- **Problem Solving and Troubleshooting**:

- Address and resolve any production issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot technical problems with machinery or production lines.
- Implement improvements and adjustments to enhance factory efficiency.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between factory operations and upper management.
- Provide regular reports on production progress, challenges, and performance metrics.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments (e.g., production, HR, logistics, etc.).
