**Job Title**: Factory In-charge - Garments Manufacturing

**Location**: Gandhi Nagar, Delhi

**Salary**: 12k - 15k

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**: Plan, organize, and oversee daily production processes to meet targets and deadlines.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead, train, and manage production staff, ensuring efficient and motivated teams.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor product quality throughout production and implement necessary corrective actions.
- **Resource Management**: Manage raw materials, machinery, and staff to optimize resource usage and reduce waste.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all safety regulations are followed and create a safe working environment.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor and control production costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Reporting**: Maintain production reports, track progress, and update management on daily activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years in garment manufacturing, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- **Proficiency**: Familiarity with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
