**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a _Business Development Garment Merchandiser_ who can manage client requirements end-to-end and coordinate with the production team. The role requires strong merchandising skills along with the ability to develop new business opportunities in the garment and apparel industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for apparel brands and garment factories
- Understand client requirements for fabrics, trims, and deliveries
- Coordinate sampling, pricing, and production timelines with mills and vendors
- Manage client approvals (designs, fabrics, lab dips, strike-offs, etc.)
- Track orders, production schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries
- Build strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new business opportunities
- Work closely with the director and sales team for client presentations and follow-ups
- Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, costing, and production status

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and fabric sourcing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi)
- Ability to handle multiple clients and production timelines simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client escalations
- Prior experience in business development / merchandising for exports or domestic brands preferred

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Textiles / Fashion / Business preferred)
- 5-10 years of experience in merchandising & client management
- Experience in garment factories, buying houses, or têxtile exports is a must

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹78,754.29 per month
