About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officers / Phone Banking Officers to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service experiences. This is an inbound customer service role, ideal for those who enjoy interacting with customers and resolving their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries effectively and promptly.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while addressing customer concerns.
Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
Keep updated on the organization’s products, services, and processes to provide accurate information.
Adhere to service guidelines and meet performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
Eligibility Criteria:
**Education**:
Graduates (Freshers welcome).
Undergraduates with a minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service role.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (equivalent to Versant Level 4 or higher).
Proficiency in Hindi.
Work Schedule:
6-day working process with rotational shifts.
Males: Shifts between 8 AM - 8 PM with rotational weekly offs.
Females: Shifts between 8 AM - 6 PM with rotational weekly offs.
Salary & Benefits:
Freshers: ₹16,500/month
Experienced: ₹17,500/month
Performance-Linked Incentives.
Shuttle Services available at major locations in Noida.
Training Period:
30 days of Classroom Training + 18 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Salary commences from Day 1 of training.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
