**Job Purpose**

The Delivery and Planning Coordinator for Radio and Microwave Equipment is responsible for coordinating the planning, scheduling, and delivery of radio and microwave equipment for 4G and 5G rollout pan India of Vi.

This role ensures that all equipment is delivered on time, of right quality and meets the required specifications. The coordinator will work closely with circle procurement managers, suppliers, logistics teams, and corporate network Project team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop and manage detailed project plans for the delivery and installation of radio and microwave equipment pan India based on 4G/5G rollout timelines.
- Coordinate with OEMs, cluster procurement leads, technology project planning managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Schedule and monitor delivery timelines to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact equipment delivery or installation
- **Supply Chain Management**:

- Collaborate with suppliers and OEMs to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Track and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for upcoming projects.
- Ensure suppliers meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and oversee the secondary logistics and transportation of equipment to various project sites, site to site movements.
- Ensure that all shipments comply with regulatory, packing requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to resolve any issues related to transportation and delivery.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Maintain regular communication with project managers, suppliers, and cluster procurement leads to provide updates on delivery status.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the delivery process.
- Participate in pre and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- **Cross functional collaboration**:

- Act as the main point of contact for users, addressing their supply chain-related inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure user needs and expectations are met through effective supply chain operations.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Professional experience in project coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of radio and microwave equipment and their role in telecommunications infrastructure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Advanced MS Office - Excel, PPT, Word, Access
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail
