**Job Purpose**

The position is responsible for Finance Business Partnering, MIS and Reporting at corporate level. The Job involves financial evaluation Business Cases, governance, KPI reporting and compliance reporting with TRAI

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

Compile and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and micro-level data such as browsing statistics, competitor insights, and market share at both company and circle levels. Ensure accuracy and timely submission to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.

Compile revenue data by stream, entity, and segment, conducting variance analysis and providing reports for budgeting, forecasting, and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) analysis.

Prepare presentation packs on various KPIs for senior management review. Generate performance review decks analyzing financial parameters such as revenue, including variance analysis.

Monthly reporting of subscriber counts and geographical breakdown to regulatory authorities, ensuring accurate data submission and compliance with Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines.

Assist revenue accounting team in monthly book closing activities, including scheme-wise revenue breakdown and subscriber analysis. Collaborate on developing cluster-wise parameters for KPIs to enhance controls and accuracy, contributing to system automation initiatives.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Strong Analytical, tactical thinking and commercial acumen
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, HPM and other IT systems
- Basic knowledge of functioning of telecom and IT infrastructure used in telecom service business
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams for effective delivery

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
