**Job Purpose**

To ensure successful completion of annual, half yearly, quarterly budget cycles and LRP plans, as well as decision support activities to business finance and Investor Relations

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

a. Preparation of budgetary guidance in coordination with stakeholders

b. Preparation of budget models for each cycles to capture all aspects of budget

c. Partnering with all stakeholders to ensure correct and timely submission of budgets

d. Consolidation of budget, ensuring transfer pricing and captive eliminations

e. Monthly and quarterly actual vs budget variance analysis

f. Management reporting and analysis of all P&L legs

g. Any adhoc requirements of Synergy team or any other team
