Requirements Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Reconciliation Lead partner reconciliations, including per-loan principal and income matching. Collaborate with partner accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations. Manage and resolve queries from partners on tax, processes, and reporting. Coordinate with auditors (quarterly and annual), bankers, and statutory authorities. Prepare and deliver financial materials and reports for board meetings. Reporting & Compliance Resolve accounting queries and assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements. Oversee the preparation of Annual General Meeting (AGM) documentation. Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements. Track investments and monitor internal rate of return (IRR) performance. Review monthly income and expenditure against the approved budget. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal teams (credit, operations, technology, and business) to align on finance initiatives. Support onboarding of new partners alongside the credit and operations teams. Collaborate with the tech team to design and validate reports and workflows in the Loan Management System (LMS). Work with the business team to perform financial due diligence for new partnerships. Represent finance interests in interdepartmental projects and decision-making discussions.
