  • Develop, implement, and monitor production plans and schedules to meet delivery timelines and production targets.
  • Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Quality departments to ensure alignment of production activities and material availability.
  • Analyse capacity, resource requirements, and workload distribution to optimize production efficiency.
  • Monitor production progress, inventory levels, and lead times to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, progress trackers, and dashboards for management review.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in production planning, workflow management, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components based on production requirements.
  • Monitor production KPIs, such as schedule adherence, delivery performance, and material utilization, and suggest corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms in all PPC activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop PPC team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support AGM – Production in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production optimization initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
