Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing setups such as sheet metal, profile sheet & continuous panel lines (PUF/PIR / mineral wool).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute production plans based on customer demand and monthly schedules.

  • Perform material requirement planning (MRP) and ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials.

  • Monitor and control inventory levels, implement FIFO, and reduce obsolete stock.

  • Coordinate with SCM, procurement, and sales teams for order fulfilment and dispatch planning.

  • Conduct capacity planning, risk analysis, and ensure adherence to production timelines.

  • Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and SOPs for planning and scheduling.

  • Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) and manage product lifecycle planning.

  • Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Navision) for planning, procurement, and reporting.
