In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Production Planning:

  • Create and manage the master production schedule based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.

  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure schedule feasibility and execution.

  • Demand & Capacity Management:

  • Analyze demand trends and adjust schedules accordingly.

  • Monitor production capacity and identify bottlenecks or constraints.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • System & Data Management:

  • Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems.

  • Generate reports and KPIs related to schedule adherence, lead times, and capacity utilization.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and quality teams to align production plans with business goals.

  • Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 2–3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment. 

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g.  Oracle) and scheduling software.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 

  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
