The company specializes in the installation of aluminum windows-doors, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing systems, catering to builders, architects, consultants, institutions, and corporate clients.

Job Purpose:

To plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules and resources in the façade manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes and timely delivery of curtain wall, cladding, aluminum, and glass façade components, in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on project requirements, engineering drawings, and delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and project management teams to align planning with actual needs.
  • Monitor production output and adjust schedules to address delays, material shortages, or changes in priorities.
  • Plan and optimize factory resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • Track fabrication progress and provide regular updates to project teams.
  • Liaise with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Support implementation of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards in all planning activities.
  • Generate production reports, KPIs, and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams to incorporate inspection schedules into planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in façade/cladding/curtain wall manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with façade systems, aluminum/glass fabrication processes, and unitized or stick systems.
  • Proficiency in planning tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP systems).
  • Experience working in ISO-certified or lean manufacturing environments is a plus.
