**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Implement business development plans within the region.
- Implement revenue quality initiative in order to execute the revenue quality plans.
- Support in collecting and completing accurate data in order to improve data quality
- Implement margin improvement initiative in order to ensure higher returns
- Support in credit control team to minimize no. of ageing days.
**Objective I Purpose of the Job**:
- The role of the Sales Manager-International is to grow international business from a portfolio ofMedium & Large customers by gaining new customers, retaining and developing existing customers by relationship building and cross-selling. This should lead to the region growing in revenue and number of customers and the region meeting its revenue and customer targets.
- Scope: The position has direct influence in the overall sales target for a region.
- Product responsibility for full range of SKL Air & Sea products and services
- International.
- Functional reports: New signing reports, MIS, Database of customers.
**Relationship Management**:
- To ensure we win, keep and develop customers through building lasting relationship.
- Forms professional and appropriate relationship, where applicable, with key customers for region.
- Assist AGM with ensuring all territory customers are kept up to date with relevant SKL information and, where applicable, reports.
- Establishes appropriate relationships and communications with other relevant functional areas.
**Sales Administration**
- To ensure all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service are carried out efficiently.
- Acts upon the information provided by the commercial/Sales reporting department relating to e.g Up/Down Traders, Non-Trading profile etcin consultation with AGM Sales.
- Accurately completes sales reports within agreed time frames.
- Complete and updates customer information and documentation as required by the business.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
