**Job Purpose**

Planning of Fiber Network, Budgeting, Cost Analysis and capex allocation as per business requirement

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Circle specific Capex analysis and Planning of fibre requirement in line with new technology rollout, capacity expansion & consolidation
- Increasing Fiber Asset sharing with other Opco’s/IP-1 to optimize cost, exploring New sharing models like Government agencies, local ISP’s etc
- Liaison with circles, commercial, Project, Finance to expedite Fiber roll-out.
- Supporting special Projects for Enterprise, Government liaison etc
- Site dependency analysis for each specific Fiber route ASK.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Understanding of Circle Network requirements for Mobility and Enterprise
- Technical and analytics capability for Planning & designing of Fiber Network
- Understanding of Fiber, Radio and Transport Network of the East Circles
- Understanding of Commercial, legal and Financial impacts of Fiber planning

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Understanding of Circle Network requirements for Mobility and Enterprise
- Technical and analytics capability for Planning & designing of Fiber Network
