**Experience**:2-8 years

**Education**:Graduate OR Post Graduate in Mass Communication or any other relevant discipline.

**Desired Profile**:

- Appropriate qualification and having experience in Liaisoning with various Government and private clients.
- Previous experience of Liaisoning work in Infrastructure Consultancy or Construction would be beneficial.
- Should be willing to travel across India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to be flexible in demanding situations.
- Analytical and strategic planning skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- The ability to present information and concepts clearly, verbally, visually and on paper.
- Good written and spoken English, Hindi and Marathi is essential.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To visit various clients and Liaisoning for payments, Work orders, agreement and all other correspondence.
- Preparation of bills, invoices and its follow-ups to bill payment.
- To negotiate clients on various aspects of projects and its payments.
- To carry out necessary corrections in bills and resolving queries related to bills and compliance of queries raised by clients.
- Follow-ups with project delivery team ensuring on time compliances and project deliverables.
- To support for Design and develop PriMove & TBF promotional material for different stakeholders.
- Search & identify new prospective opportunities through various sources
- To generate new business for the organization and study tender documents, eligibility criteria understand tender process & other requirements to process it further.
- Responsible for pre & post tender submission follow-ups, refund of EMD & deposits with clients.
- Support for preparation of Quotations, MoU, Bank guarantee, Power of Attorney, Agreements, pre & post tender correspondence
- Coordination and implementation of communication strategies to strengthen visibility and branding with multiple stakeholders.
- All other task as assigned by the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
