Work mode : Remote for couple of months post that Work from office .We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects across our IT landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data center migrations, network upgrades, cloud infrastructure, and related technical programs. Experience working in hybrid environments (on-prem & cloud) and coordinating cross-functional teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure-related projects (e.g., data center migration, server upgrades, network transformation, cloud adoption).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, including system admins, network engineers, cloud architects, and vendors.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Conduct risk management and implement mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business and technical alignment.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to leadership and relevant teams.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and change management procedures.
  • Lead infrastructure teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in infrastructure-focused projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud (Azure/AWS).
  • Proven experience in data center migrations, network upgrades, or infrastructure modernization.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
