Role & responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. This role is ideal for technical graduates passionate about technology, eager to learn, and interested in developing a rewarding career in technical sales. You will receive comprehensive training to develop both your technical knowledge and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and communicate the technical features and benefits of our products and solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to identify customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing technical issues as needed.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors/ Diploma degree in Electronics, Electrical Instrumentation or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in technology and its applications in real-world scenarios.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office, is an advantage.
