**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk responsibilities including answering calls, handling visitors, and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement as per requirement
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees, especially for the events and marketing teams
- Handle the purchase of office stationery and pantry items as and when needed
- Track and ensure timely payment of monthly utility and office bills (electricity, internet, etc.)
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing couriers/packages
- Assist in organizing in-house or external events, meetings, and conferences
- Support the HR/Admin team in onboarding new employees with basic setup (desk, supplies, access cards, etc.)
- Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an admin assistant, receptionist, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
