**About Us**

A dynamic Pune-based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, social media, content, and paid advertising is seeking a proactive **Office Administrator**. This vital role ensures smooth daily operations, supports various departments, and contributes to an efficient work environment. We're looking for someone with **6 months to 1 year of administrative experience**, a **strong learning mindset**, and proficiency in basic office software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Maintain and update various Excel sheets accurately.
- **Presentation Creation**: Develop clear and professional presentations using tools like Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external meetings.
- **AI Tool Utilization**: Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to assist with content generation, research, and streamlining administrative tasks.
- **General Administrative Support**: Handle day-to-day office tasks, ensuring the office is well-maintained, supplies are stocked, and common areas are organized.
- **Documentation & Filing**: Organize and maintain physical and digital documents and files efficiently, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting spaces.
- **Proactive Support**: Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and take initiative

to manage their schedule, prepare for meetings, and handle various
administrative tasks.
- **Task Management & Follow-up**: Keep a close eye on all projects and make sure tasks are completed on time by checking in with people regularly.
- **Personal Support**: Be trustworthy and dependable to handle occasional personal tasks for the Managing Director with Highest level of secrecy.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- A strong **learning mindset** is essential, with a keen interest in adopting new technologies and improving processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
