Key Responsibilities (indicative and not exhaustive):
This position will be responsible for total coordination of all institutional events and provide support to Director, Deans and faculty members.
The incumbent shall be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty and staff, students and alumni to conduct institutes events including seminars, workshops, conferences within the campus or at outstation locations;
- Coordinate with teams responsible for creation of brochures, conference material, etc for customized requirements;
- Using marketing strategies and media platforms for promotion of the institute's events;
- Manage the creation of print and digital media for effective communications and social media feeds;
- Creating relevant content for various platforms including institute's website, various reports, newsletter, information brochure, advertisements, etc;
- Engage in strategy to build brand image of the institute with comprehensive communication strategy.
