Role Overview

We are looking for a Reservations & Community Executive who will be the face of Nagarik Commune—managing guest reservations, ensuring smooth front office operations, and fostering our unique community vibe. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys engaging with people, and has an eye for detail.

Key Responsibility

  • Reservations & Front Office
  • Manage bookings across OTAs (Airbnb, , Goibibo, etc.) and direct channels.
  • Handle check-in/check-out process with warmth and efficiency.

  • Maintain reservation records and coordinate room allocations.

  • Community Engagement

  • Welcome guests, introduce them to the space, and ensure a comfortable stay.
  • Organize small events, meetups, or activities to encourage community interaction.

  • Act as the go-to person for guest queries, feedback, and experiences.

  • Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with housekeeping and operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and problem-solving.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all touchpoints.

Desired Skills And Qualities

  • Previous experience in hospitality, co-living, hostels, or boutique hotels is a plus. Freshers can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills (English (fluent) + Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with OTAs and reservation systems.
  • Outgoing, people-oriented personality with a community-first mindset.
