About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle guest reservations across multiple hotel brands.
  • Manage booking inquiries to ensure a seamless reservation process.
  • Coordinate requests via email, OTA platforms, and PMS systems.
  • Maintain reservation accuracy, verify payments, and assist in cancellations.
  • Ensure effective communication with relevant hotel departments for smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reservation management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems and OTA channels.
